PestToClear is a matching service. You tell us about the pest problem, and we pass it to a partner pest-control firm, which inspects, quotes and carries out the treatment.

You send an enquiry
Through the form on any page: the pest, the property type, the area, when you need it, and a phone or WhatsApp number. Add anything else that helps, such as where you’re seeing the pest and for how long.

We read it and pass it on
The OurKampung team reads every enquiry, usually within one working day, and passes it to a partner pest-control firm that handles that pest and that kind of property. If something is unclear, we may contact you first.

The firm contacts you
The firm gets in touch to ask about the problem and arrange a time. Simple jobs can sometimes be priced from a description and photos; most need an inspection first.

You get a price
The price comes from the firm, after an inspection or from what you’ve told it. It should say what’s included: the treatment, the number of visits and any follow-ups.

You decide
There’s no obligation to go ahead. If you do, you book with the firm, and it carries out the treatment and any follow-up visits.

Pest control and NEA licensing
In Singapore, companies that do vector control work, which covers pests such as mosquitoes, rats and cockroaches, must be registered with the National Environment Agency (NEA) as Vector Control Operators. The people doing the work must hold NEA licences or certificates. Before work starts, you can ask the firm for its registration details and check them against NEA's list of registered operators.

Why don’t you show prices?
Because the honest answer depends on the pest, how established it is, the property and how many visits it takes. Rather than publish figures that might not match your job, we let the firm quote once it knows what the job is.
What if I’m not happy with the treatment?
Tell the firm first, since it carried out the work and most treatments include follow-up visits.
What happens to my details?
They go to the OurKampung team, who pass them to the partner firm that will quote you. They’re used only for your enquiry and aren’t sold. The privacy policy has the details.
